The ZURN Z886 6" wide system with the Class E slotted ductile iron grate (P6-DGE Grate Specification Sheet) is designed for heavy traffic, with ANSI rating of Special-Duty, H-20 load rated, FAA load rated and ASTM A536 Grade 80-55-06.
This kit includes the (P886-HDF Specification Sheet) a carbon steel frame providing a Load Class E rating to handle intense traffic. The frame is supplied with a powder-coated finish.
The Z886 system's smooth HDPE (polyethylene) structural composite drain channel with 3.5" [76mm] through 12.5" depth range guarantees efficient drainage and weather resistance. Each channel section is 80" (6.6ft) long with interlocking ends, and radiused bottom. Channel is made for many years of service.
4 grates are included for each section of channel ordered. Grate locking devices prevent the grates from moving when driven over.
Rebar stake holders are molded into the channel on sides. Channel sections lock together making your trench drain run easier to work with during installation.
