Mini Channel plastic drain is a non-sloped system built for light traffic applications such as pools, patios, and walkways. The channel is UV-protected and manufactured from durable lightweight polyolefin. This kit has a cast iron grate in the Carbochon pattern by Iron Age with a Baked on Oil Finish.

Available online in 6, 12, 18 and 24-foot kits; custom system lengths are available by calling 610-638-1221.

This system has a Load Class rating of A but can be rated for a B Load Class if properly installed; see the installation guide for details.

* Carbochon grates are 14-1/8" long.  Mini channel will need to be trimmed to accommodate grate length.  Actual installed kit lengths are listed below:

• 6 feet kit (actual kit length 5′ 10″)
• 12 feet kit (actual kit length 11′ 9″)
• 18 feet kit (actual kit length 17′ 7″)
• 24 feet kit (actual kit length 23′ 6″)

Each standard kit includes:

• Channels (in 3′ or 6′ lengths)
• One End Cap
• One Outlet (compatible with SCH 40 pipe)
• Couplers (1 for each joint)
• Grates
  

Each extension kit includes:

• Channel(s) (in 3′ or 6′ lengths)
• Coupler 
• Grates
• Locking Devices

The 3' and 6' Extension kits are intended to add on to standard kits and do not include the end cap/outlet. They include grate(s), channel(s), locking devices, and a coupler. Additional parts are sold separately if it is intended to be a stand-alone kit.
