D&L Foundry grate is suitable for a variety of heavy-duty applications. Each individual grate weighs 49 lbs and confirms to ASTM A48 CL35B, H-20. Grate has (4) leveling pads that can be ground to level the grate and have 33% (96 sq in) of open area.
Gray Iron heavy duty grate that measures 12" x 24" x 1.5". (Actual dimensions: 11.88" x 23.75" x 1.5"). Grate openings/flow areas measure 4" x .75".
