Heavy-duty mesh Polypropylene grate. Made for the 5" Polylok (by Zabel) driveway drain system, is ADA-compliant and carries a Load Class B rating. Grate can be flipped over for a domed top if desired. Ten countersunk holes per grate for #8 screw fasteners (not included).
The rectangular openings make it a versatile grating option for customizing to fit other drainage openings.
