Heavy-duty mesh grate. Made for the 5" Polylok heavy-duty driveway drain system. This grate can be flipped over for a domed top if desired. There are 10 countersunk holes per grate for #8 screw fasteners (not included).
The rectangle openings make it a versatile grating option for customizing to fit other drainage openings.
