POLYCAST 600 Series is a pre-sloped polymer concrete channel that has a built-in 0.65 percent slope allowing the system to achieve flow rates of 470 GPM. This 2 foot extension section PCK9-EXT makes it easy to immediately add a small section to your project run, rather than having to cut a channel in half on-site.
The installation chair tightens the joint between channels while aligning and leveling the drainage run. Installation chair is secured to the ground (using your own rebar), ensuring that the channel will not float during the concrete pour. Grates sold separately and are available in a variety of patterns and materials. Customers will be sent a engineering layout drawing for approval to ensure the correct depths/outlets are provided. For heavy trucks or fork truck traffic, we recommend adding the ductile iron frames to your kit.
