The 6" NDS 620 pop-up emitter helps to divert and release runoff to water-safe areas away from structures, easily eroded landscapes, and poor drainage areas. This product is wholesale grade and spring-loaded, ensuring closure after rainfall. Retail-grade versions of this product do not include this feature.
This special design permits captured water by catch basins, channel drains, Flo-Well, downspouts, or roof gutter systems to flow through a drainage pipe away from structural foundations. For example, water can be routed from a low area to a water-safe area such as a curbside drainage system.
The emitter opens with a negligible amount of hydrostatic pressure and then closes again once the pressure eases. Since the Emitter is closed during dry weather, debris and/or rodents cannot enter the drain pipes.
