POLYCAST® 400 Series is a polymer concrete trench drain system designed for light traffic applications such as sidewalks, patios or tennis courts. This system is non-sloping or neutral. Channels are fitted with ADA-compliant 5″ x 48″ galvanized steel slotted grates. They are rated at a Load Class A and can withstand the weight of pedestrian traffic or lightweight vehicles, such as lawnmowers and golf carts.
INSTALLATION
Installation chairs make installing the Polycast 400 Series easier. They screw snugly into dimples located at the ends of each channel and are staked to the ground with rebar (not included). Solid end caps and 3” diameter pipe outlets come standard with the 400 Series. Each drain channel section has a bottom 4″ “knock-out” to attach piping for bottom drainage.
